We manufacture injection molds weighing up to 40 tonnes with outstanding precision, from the initial design all the way to series production. We also handle complex, large-format tools. Under one roof we offer a complete supply chain: design, machining, toolmaking work, welding, and testing on our own injection molding machines.
We manufacture molds completely in the Czech Republic, or source them from China and Europe. We have five-axis CNC machines, deep-hole drilling technology and top-notch welding, all under one roof. We combine Czech manufacturing experience with the efficiency that our cooperation with China brings.
HAJDIK China
HAJDIK China is the HAJDIK group’s project office that oversees the manufacturing of injection molds at vetted Chinese partners, directly on site. Our project manager and toolmaker personally oversee the entire process – supplier selection, audits, material inspection, assembly and sampling. This means the customer gets a mold backed by a Czech and European guarantee, even when part of the manufacturing took place in China.
