From mold to finished product

We are among the most complex manufacturing groups in the plastic parts industry. Using the latest technologies and around 800 employees, we cover the entire production process – from mold design and manufacturing, through precision plastic injection molding, to final painting and assembly.

Who We Are

HAJDIK is a Czech family-owned manufacturing group headquartered in Olšany u Prostějova and Jablůnka. The company’s history goes back to 1989, when Milan Hajdík founded a car paint shop in Jablůnka. In 2008, his son Filip Hajdík founded LAKOVNA HAJDÍK s.r.o., from which today’s group gradually grew.

The group today consists of three companies under one management:
HAJDIK a.s. – paint shop, Jablůnka u Vsetína
HAJDIK Tooling s.r.o. – tool shop, Olšany u Prostějova
HAJDIK Moulding s.r.o. – plastics molding plant, Olšany u Prostějova

The group covers the entire manufacturing chain for visible plastic parts: the tool shop makes the mold, the molding plant molds the part, the paint shop provides the surface finish, and assembly puts together the final product. The group also includes HAJDIK China, a division that manages mold manufacturing in Asia with quality control in Czech hands.
