Paintshop

We are among the largest paint shops in Central Europe. We operate 5 automated paint lines and 3 manual operations for high-volume production, with full in-house assembly of paint systems. For the automotive, engineering and rail industries, we apply technologies such as High Gloss, UV coatings and Liquid Chrome, using both solvent-based and water-based coating systems.

One of our lines is designed for flat parts (flatbed coating) – the coating window measures 2,200 × 800 mm, and the line can coat 94 m² of surface per hour, including multi-layer systems, high gloss and metallic finishes, with both conventional and UV curing.

The paint shop includes its own laboratory: we develop coating systems in-house, have a team of chemists and application technicians, can quickly analyze surface defects, and carry out thorough incoming inspection of colors.

New multicolor line

In Olšany we are building the group’s sixth robotic paint line, planned to launch in November. Parts are first prepared using flame or CO₂ treatment, then pass through three robotic paint booths. The whole process is designed to allow smooth switching between color shades without losing capacity. Color change takes less time than the paint cycle of a single part. We monitor the amount of paint applied on every single part, and we also track the line’s operation through a system that collects and analyzes data and can detect a deviation before it affects part quality.

The new line will take the load off the five existing paint lines, which are currently running at capacity, and opens up room for further orders from the automotive industry.
