Assembly

We offer both automated and manual assembly and adapt to the scope of each project, from high-volume production to special orders. We treat final assembly as the last step of the production process, carried out in-house following molding and painting, rather than as a separate outsourced operation.

In automated assembly we carry out feasibility studies, combine assembly with bonding and welding, and handle complex insertion and removal processes. For tool and component development we work with proven development service providers, using NX, CATIA and CADMOLD software.

Besides manual and robotic assembly, we also offer special-purpose machines, ultrasonic welding, laser marking, pad printing and screen printing.
