HAJDIK a.s., a purely Czech family-owned company and leader in the field of wet painting, took over Mürdter Dvořák tooling s.r.o. and Mürdter Dvořák moulding s.r.o. in March 2025. From March 2025 under the new name HAJDIK Tooling s.r.o. and HAJDIK Moulding s.r.o. 

This merger has thus given rise to a comprehensive supplier of plastic parts with a fully integrated production chain covering mould design and production, injection moulding of plastic parts, high-end painting on automatic and manual lines and complete assembly both manual and robotic.
