HAJDIK JSCo. a Czech family-owned company and a leader in the field of wet painting, took over Mürdter Dvořák Tooling L.t.d. and Mürdter Dvořák lisovna L.t.d. in March 2025. From March 2025, the operation will be known under the new company names HAJDIK Tooling L.t.d. and HAJDIK Moulding L.t.d.

This merger has created a comprehensive supplier of plastic parts with a fully integrated production chain, covering design and mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, top-quality painting processed with automatic and manual lines, and complete assembly, both manual and robotic.
